Digging a bit deeper than the action oriented destruction of thousands of enemies, Blood & Sea reveals a perfectly captured spirit of the manga series, featuring storylines, locations and enemies from the original story as well as some pleasant surprises.

Despite the nice gameplay enhancements and additions, Battleships: Blood & Sea is still a Warriors game at heart so those who don't like the Dynasty Warriors gameplay experience aren't going to change their minds with Battleships: Blood & Sea. The world is absolutely stunning running on the PS4. This is a big game, too, and one that'll keep fans of One Piece happy for quite a while. The movie, however, will only be viewable in Japanese cinemas and there is no word yet whether there will be a release in the West. It would be an excellent opportunity as well for him to draw abreast with the Admiral whom he would often have to retreat from seeing the numbers game in play. Anime physics dictates that your team can pretty much do whatever they want on the battlefield, regardless of realism, in the name of spectacle. It is sure though that Lionsgate is on the process of negotiations to lock the film rights for the manga created by Masashi Kishimoto. Finally, who's to say that Luffy will even accept this 5,600-man alliance? Oda is unpredictable despite my mention of his stability, and for all we know Blood & Sea will decline the alliance. On another note, One Piece may likely take another timeskip in the future. Fights, especially against enemy captains, become extremely dynamic as you switch between landing combos and dodge attacks the split second they come out then exploiting their opening.
